New! BREW GREATNESS BLEND | NINE YEAR Anniversary Edition

New! BREW GREATNESS BLEND | NINE YEAR Anniversary Edition
To celebrate our first NINE years in business we have tried to distill in a cup, this amazing journey… adventurous, impactful, and full of sweet surprises that reminds us what a good life is all about: leaving this world a little better because we were in it!
This year, we’re combining two coffees that have been part of our story for several years, and we’re saying farewell to: Yirgacheffe and Poaquil Honey - both shine in the cup with their characteristic chocolatey, sweet, fruit-forward notes for a blend that celebrates coffee greatness! (P.S. In case any of these run out before the end of the month, we will replace them with a similar profile using Poaquil Natural).
This cup is invitingly sweet, balanced, and full-bodied - with plenty of nuanced flavor treasures to be found as you slow down and savor it. A truly special combination that champions the life-changing, long-term relationships that we know can transform the world, one cup of coffee at a time; and says THANK YOU for making these 9 years of our Ethos and coffee possible!!!

GRIND GUIDE
Coarse | French Press, Cold Brew, Moka Pot (Percolator), Chemex (and any other slow-flowing Pour-Over methods)
Medium-fine | Drip (standard or programmable coffee makers), single-cup brewers (automatic or one-cup Pour-Over dripper), Aeropress.
We always recommend grinding your coffee fresh for the absolute best experience. Pre-grinding your coffee exposes more surface area to the air, which means faster aroma loss and faster de-gassing/staling. If you must buy ground, we highly recommend placing the whole bag (including packaging) inside an airtight container, and using/opening one bag at a time if possible.
