Inspired on the classic Indian "Masala Chai" tea. Our own blend of black tea and spices, including prominent cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black pepper. Traditionally served with milk and sugar (always optional, of course!)

Ingredients: Cinnamon, Orange Pekoe Black Tea, Californian Orange Peel, Cloves, Allspice, Ginger, Cardamom, Black Pepper.

Brewing: 10 grams (1 tbsp) per 8 oz water for a standard brew | Boil 10-12 min depending on desired strength.
