P. S. A few of you have asked about our old “Thanksgiving open houses” which we used to do before the pandemic — i.e. we would just brew coffee for any Ethos family/customers who wanted to visit us the day before Thanksgiving, as a way to say THANK YOU. The desire is still there, and while our own family commitments have not made it feasible to continue them on this date, we are planning to do a special day of celebration (with free coffee and many more surprises!) at the roastery for our upcoming 10th Anniversary in March, so please stay tuned!
