Summer coffee should feel effortless. Meet Ethereal — our Summer Blend, back on its 2026 Edition! This year’s blend is our most fruit-forward yet, built around our Naturally processed Guatemalan coffee from La Asuncion Co-Op and rounded out with just the right touch of Eclipse, our dark roast. The result is vibrant and juicy, yet deeply comforting — a blend designed to bridge classic flavors with the modern profiles we can’t stop loving! Whether you brew it hot, iced, cold brewed, or as an iced pour-over, Ethereal was created to be endlessly versatile all Summer long.
Since we crafted this blend with Cold Brew and Iced Pour-Overs in mind, here’s a quick refresher on our Ethos Cold Brew recipe: use 100 g of coarsely ground coffee for every liter of water, steep for 20–22 hours under refrigeration (pro tip: wet the grounds with boiling water before extraction - this quick “hot bloom” helps improve extraction and extends your Cold Brew’s shelf life).
We’re also trying to navigate increased shipping costs (yes, gas prices affect them in a big way!), and in an effort to keep our popular free shipping on $39, and incentivize and reward larger orders (which are relatively speaking, much cheaper for us to ship), we will now only include a (twice as generous!) coffee sample on online orders of 3 lbs or more. Plus, we’re planning additional extras for orders of 5 lbs or more, and an Ethos tote for orders of 8 lbs or more— as a way to say “thank you” for your larger orders, as they really make a big difference for us! And of course, we’re always open to hearing from you if there’s any ideas for items you’d love to see included as a surprise with your orders (over the years, we’ve done pens, coasters, and coffee scoops - which are coming back soon!)
