As we step into a brand-new year, our 10th year in business, we want to begin with a big THANK YOU for choosing Ethos—for choosing coffee with intention, and choosing to be part of this amazing journey that values quality, connection, and impact. A new year always brings fresh energy, and we’re excited to fill the days, weeks, and months ahead with unforgettable coffee adventures, meaningful new and old partnerships, and exceptional coffees that invite you to slow down and savor the moment.
We’re thrilled to begin the year enjoying our newest Colombian offering: La Azucena—a true winter delight and a coffee that feels right at home on quiet, cozy mornings. This beautifully balanced cup opens with rich dark chocolate, followed by vibrant orange brightness and a lingering sweetness reminiscent of almond praline. It’s comforting yet lively, elegant yet approachable—the kind of coffee that makes slow mornings feel a little more special. La Azucena comes from a second-generation, family-owned farm run by the Narváez-Victoria family in Salamina, Caldas, Colombia. This young, dedicated family is deeply committed to elevating their coffee to the highest level possible—and their hard work has not gone unnoticed. La Azucena has earned notable accolades, including being awarded Best Farm in Caldas at the Golden Cup.
We’re also already starting to plan some 10th year anniversary surprises for March, and would really love to hear any ideas or suggestions you may have for us! Our anniversary t-shirts are already in the works, along with open houses at the roastery for the locals who want to celebrate in person with us… yet we are still searching for and welcoming ideas to celebrate with those of you who are part of our Ethos family outside of Florida (i.e. online customers and subscribers) — you are all a very important part of our journey and our story and we want to make sure you feel the love!
