March 8, 2026 will mark our 10 Year Anniversary, and we’re feeling overjoyed and grateful beyond measure. Grateful for our small farmers who grow exceptional coffees for us year after year, for our passionate team that pours their hearts into every Ethos bag, and most of all—for you, our Ethos family, who have made this journey possible. And we couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate than by creating new special offerings—from new coffees and beyond— for you to enjoy and celebrate with us!
Our celebrations begin with the release of one of your favorites, the new crop of Poaquil Anaerobic! It is the most unique expression of our most impactful coffee relationship, one that began back in 2016 with CoOp La Asunción in Guatemala. Once again, our farmer partners have selected their ripest Yellow Bourbon cherries for an intense, carefully monitored, Anaerobic Honey fermentation process —exclusively for our Ethos family!
