March 8, 2026 will mark our 10 Year Anniversary, and we’re feeling overjoyed and grateful beyond measure. Grateful for our small farmers who grow exceptional coffees for us year after year, for our passionate team that pours their hearts into every Ethos bag, and most of all—for you, our Ethos family, who have made this journey possible. And we couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate than by creating new special offerings—from new coffees and beyond— for you to enjoy and celebrate with us!

Our celebrations begin with the release of one of your favorites, the new crop of Poaquil Anaerobic! It is the most unique expression of our most impactful coffee relationship, one that began back in 2016 with CoOp La Asunción in Guatemala. Once again, our farmer partners have selected their ripest Yellow Bourbon cherries for an intense, carefully monitored, Anaerobic Honey fermentation process —exclusively for our Ethos family! Expect an incredibly aromatic and sweet cup, bursting with juicy dark cherry notes, caramelized toffee undertones, and a smooth, silky body that finishes with a lingering chocolate impression. It’s vibrant, complex, and joyful—an amazing way to start your day on a high note.

Floral, fruity, and unforgettable… few coffees hold a place in our collective memory like Yirgacheffe. Whenever it returns to our lineup, it feels less like a new release and more like a homecoming - and we’re thrilled to share that this Ethos family favorite is back online!

Grown in Ethiopia’s legendary coffee origin region, this Natural-processed, light-roasted Heirloom varietal is a celebration of everything that makes coffee fascinating. From the very first sip, you’re welcomed by soaring floral aromatics that immediately announce what is to come - an equally captivating flavor with juicy notes of strawberry and blueberry, lifted by a delicate hint of peach, all balanced by a lively citric sweetness. This is a cup that is at once bright, fragrant, and deeply memorable—one that will probably make you fall in love with coffee all over again. We recommend brewing Yirgacheffe as a pour-over—hot or iced—to let its nuanced layers shine through. It also performs beautifully in a French Press, offering a slightly fuller, fruit-forward profile. However you may choose to brew, this is the coffee to reach for when you want to slow down, take a breath, and feel inspired!

And speaking of inspiration—we have some exciting news! We’re less than 6 months away from our 10-Year Anniversary, and in an effort to involve YOU, our Ethos family, in this special milestone, we’re launching our first-ever Art Contest, giving you the chance to design our 10 Year Anniversary t-shirts and win free coffee for a year! The theme is coffee and impact—a reflection of the journey we’ve shared over the past decade: from the small farmers who cultivate our beans, to the brewing rituals that ground our daily lives, to the collective impact we’ve made as a community. We want to see how you capture our Ethos story through your creativity.
